Yes, a lean-to conservatory can have a tiled roof. With an Anglian lean-to conservatory, you can choose a solid tiled roof, whether for a new conservatory or a replacement roof. Our solid tiled roofs feature replica slate-effect tiles. They are available in three different shades: Carbon Grey, Rich Harvest Brown and Deep Red Terra Brick.
Anglian lean-to conservatories are always bespoke to fit the size you want them. That said, they tend to have a maximum width of 10m and maximum projection from your home of 4m.
Most of the time a lean-to will not need planning permission, because it is a smaller construction. A lean-to built at the side of a property must be narrower than the width of your home to be classed as a permitted development. You might need planning permission if it covers more than 50% of the area your home covers. You will also need permission if it is more than three metres high, extends more than 6 meters out from your home.
