Fit Before Easter Terms & Conditions
- The Fit Before Easter 2026 promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over (excluding employees of ASHI Group, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion) who enter into a contract with Anglian Home Improvements (“Anglian”) for the purchase of qualifying products between 19:00 GMT 20th January 2026 and 18:00 GMT on 10th February 2026 (“Qualifying Contract”).
- Only orders for the following products qualify for the Promotion: PVCU Stormproof Windows, PVCU Flush Windows, PVCU Doors, Classic Composite Doors, Elite Composite Doors and Rooftrim (“Qualifying Products”). Orders for any other products, including aluminium or timber products, Signature Composite doors, Sliding Sash Windows, Conservatories, Garage Doors, Porches or mixed‑material combination orders, will not qualify. Any orders requiring third party approvals will also be excluded from this promotion.
- To be eligible for installation before Easter 2026, customers must:
- place a Qualifying Contract within the promotional window;
- complete a satisfactory survey; and
- reside in an area where installation capacity is available during the relevant period.
Installation dates are strictly subject to survey, product lead times and regional capacity.
- If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when processing an order, Anglian accepts no responsibility for incomplete purchases. Any incomplete orders will not constitute a Qualifying Contract for the purposes of this Promotion.
- Anglian will make reasonable efforts to schedule installation of Qualifying Products before Easter weekend 2026. However, installation before Easter cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on survey results, product lead times and operational capacity. Where installation before Easter is not possible, customers will be offered the earliest available installation date.
- The Promotion does not include any discount, cash equivalent, upgrade, voucher, prize or financial incentive. It relates solely to the opportunity for installation before Easter 2026, subject to the conditions set out herein.
- Anglian reserves the right to communicate confirmation of installation scheduling, delays or changes directly to the customer using the contact information provided within the Qualifying Contract.
- Anglian may publish general information indicating that the Promotion took place, but no personal data relating to individual customers will be published unless required by law or consented to by the customer.
- Customers may contact Anglian’s Marketing Team (email: marketing@angliangroup.com) with any queries relating to the Promotion. Personal data supplied during the course of entering into a Qualifying Contract will be processed in accordance with Anglian’s Privacy Policy at https://www.anglianhome.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy.
- The decision of Anglian regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding. Anglian may refuse eligibility where a customer is found to be in breach of these terms.
- Anglian reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time prior to the end of the promotional window where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Insofar as permitted by law, Anglian will not be liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from participation in the Promotion or the scheduling of installation dates, except where caused by the negligence of Anglian or its employees. Customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
- The Promotion will be governed by English law and customers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
