At ASHI Group Limited, we value the trust our customers place in us. To ensure that the reviews you read on our platform are genuine and transparent and to adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCC Act), we have implemented the following policy:

Prohibited Practices

Under the DMCC, the following practices are strictly prohibited:

  • Fake Reviews - Submitting or commissioning fake reviews that falsely purport to be based on a person’s genuine experience.
  • Concealed Incentivised Reviews - Publishing reviews that conceal the fact they have been incentivised.
  • Misleading Reviews - Publishing reviews or review information in a misleading way.
  • Facilitation of Prohibited Practices - Offering services to facilitate any of the above practices.

Genuine Reviews Only

We are committed to publishing only genuine reviews from real customers that reflect the honest opinions of our customers. We do not allow fake reviews, which are those not based on actual consumer experiences, nor do we allow any attempts to manipulate review ratings.

Disclosure of Incentivised Reviews

Some of our reviewers may have received an incentive for their honest feedback of our goods and services. Where this is the case we will disclose this information. Incentives may include discounts, free products, or other forms of compensation. For example, you might see a statement like, “This reviewer may have received a discount for agreeing to write a review on their home improvement purchase.”

Review Verification

To maintain the authenticity of reviews, we may verify the identity of reviewers and their purchase history. This helps us ensure that reviews are written by actual customers who have used our products or services.

Transparency and Trust

We believe in transparency and want you to trust the reviews you read. We regularly monitor and audit both organic reviews and those that have been posted on third party review sites such as Trustpilot to ensure compliance with both this policy and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCC Act) to maintain the integrity of our platform. Responding to Reviews

We encourage open communication and will respond to customer reviews in a timely and respectful manner. Our responses aim to address any concerns and provide additional information where necessary. Complaints rather than reviews should be directed to our Customer Engagement Team to ensure effective handling and investigation.

Reporting Fake Reviews

If you suspect a review to be fake or misleading, please report it to us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with the DMCC Act. 11 Monitoring

Monitoring

We take reasonable and proportionate steps to prevent the publication of fake, misleading, or incentivised reviews. This includes:

  • Monitoring and Verification - Regularly monitoring reviews for authenticity and verifying the identity of reviewers.
  • Removal of Fake Reviews Promptly removing any reviews identified as fake or misleading.

Enforcement and Compliance

We comply with the enforcement powers granted to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) under the DMCC. Non-compliance may result in fines of up to 10% of global annual turnover or £300,000, whichever is greater.
